Permian Basin Petroleum Museum

The Petroleum Museum is a great location to introduce you and your guests to the petroleum industry, the beauty of Tom Lovell's artwork, and the thrill of Chaparral racing. All this is through world-class interactive exhibits for all ages, from ancient and modern drilling rigs, to seismic explosion demonstrations....and real race cars.
The Museum's latest wing is dedicated to sharing the connection between petroleum and transportation. This wing houses six of Jim Hall’s world renowned Chaparrals and his 1980 Indy 500 Champion Yellow Submarine.
