Museums in Poland

"Polish Roads" is a private collection of Polish automotive vehicles.

The museum occupies an area of 10 hectares. The expositions are currently dispersed over a dozen pavilions and shelters. In its collection the museum has about 16 000 objects of different sizes - from small, simple tools to large locomobiles (the oldest is the English Robey & Corn from 1895) and steam engines.

Old Timers Garage is a theater and music club located in the former Piast cinema building in the Piotrowice district of Katowice. The Old Timers Garage hosts concerts, theater performances, recitals, film screenings and meetings with authors. The club also serves as a mini-museum of motorization, showing antique cars. In the rotational exhibition of vehicles from the USA with over 30 exhibits we will find monuments of American and European motorization

There are tanks, armoured cars, armoured personnel carriers, transport trucks, fire trucks, motorcycles, aircraft and anti-aircraft guns.

This military park shows a lot of different vehicles - from helicopters to tanks. Plus there are several trucks as well.

The Museum's collection includes: 38 military vehicles, 4 militia vehicles, 5 ambulance vehicles, 16 fire trucks, and 16 civilian vehicles.

A private museum based in Rzeszów. The facility was established under the honorary patronage of the Mayor of Rzeszów, Tadeusz Ferenc, and the Polish Army Museum in Warsaw, and its seat is the premises of the former Railway School Complex. The creator and owner of the museum is Gen. Tomasz Bąk -

This museum has been opened in May 2011. It features cars (Syrena, Warsaw, Mikrus, Fiat 125 and 126, Citroën 2CV), motorcycles (Junak, Jawa, moped Wierchowina) home appliances and electronics: irons, washing machines, radios,etc.

You can find the following small collection of public transport vehicles: Jelcz 043 RTO, Ikarus 260.04, Ikarus 280.26, Jelcz M11, a technical emergency vehicle on the Ikarus chassis.

A reconstructed village to illustrate how "our ancestors lived". One of the buildings houses fire brigade’s vehicles, pumps and objects connected to the functioning of the Fire Brigade Service.
